Ramping up 3hp pump motor [RE-wrenches]

Hi Holt,

Dont' use the 5548, they have much less surge than the 4048 ( thats why on
Traces 3 phase they use the 4048).

(perfect lead in here for Pagan)

You might see if the Grundfos SQ series goes that high, they have almost
no surge.
