Hi folks,
    I agree with William....although this forum has the potential for use as a
pipeline to manufacturers, I think it's best use is as a sounding board. I
appreciate the fact that I can approach this list with what I consider to be
"stupid" questions. Now and then even the best of us will run into a snag that
requires outside help to solve. I, personally, do not want very many
non-installers listening in...especially not my suppliers. They may be the ones
which have caused the problem to begin with!
