Topica scheduled down time [RE-wrenches]

Topica will perform routine maintenance starting at 
6 pm PDT on Friday, July 27 (2 am July 28 GMT) and lasting
approximately 12 to 16 hours.  Maintenance mostly occurs 
during non-peak hours to minimize any disruption to service.
