Top of pole mount ? [RE-wrenches]

Hugh,

We install pole mounts in the southeast US in a manner similar to Randy
except we use hot dipped galvanized pipe and make sure a cap or plug is used
on top to keep rain out of the pipe.  Located anywhere but a bog they last
20+ years.
