We normally back up no more than about 6 circuits.
Usually each is fed by a 15A or 20A breaker. The
branch circuits aren't meant to draw the full rated
current of the breaker, so you're probably safe.
Our main concern is that they don't kill their battery
all at once during their first blackout. So we don't
back up many loads unless they buy a really fat
battery.
