Bill,
Will the class be at real installs or fixing old ones.  If so, Are they
mainstream type systems or are they an odd thing that needs repair?
I took one of your workshops years ago It was good.
Should we bringing our tools and a service trucks for the workshop? Will you
need to use our tools and supplies or will they be provided?
