Hi Bill,

In watching this conversation take place one thing I haven't seen is the concept
of different parts for different places.

The code even has a table for temperature voltage ratings.

I think we need to be real here and what I mean by that is that in Tucson you
are going to get HOT, in seattle 90 would be unheard of.  These different areas
are going to need possible different equipment etc.  You have mentioned that
Carlon is falling apart in Sac, well you have a different climate than where I
live.  Around here I have seen Carlon on AC units, and some solar that is 5+
years old and looks just fine.
