Well for my 2 cents worth,

A super insulated home doensn't take much to cool at all. I was in a straw
bale house in Tuscon in the Summer and a small swamp cooler running part
time was all it needed.

Yea yea that won't help you guys where it humid and no palm trees.

But all this talk of efficiency, I just wanted to say we should start at the
top so to speak.
