Whisper 175 LV [RE-wrenches]

Heh, heh...good point Bob-O.  Hey, it's only going to take out some tourists, and
if we're lucky an RV.  I don't know...maybe Whisper actually balanced this one
knowing where it's going?  Can't explain it.
