Bob-O, Here's a list of California municipal utilities that offer buydown
rebates. Did I miss any?
Anaheim $4/W
Burbank $3/W
Los Angeles $3/W and $5/W
Palo Alto $4/W
Pasadena $5/W
Roseville $5/W
Silicon Valley $4/W
