14.  Don't stand on concrete.  If you are on concrete stand on a 2x12 to
insulate you when you are making up wires or throwing a main breaker.  Also
nice thick shoe soles are important.  Throw those old worn out work boots
away.  People have been shocked and killed from the little hole worn through
the sole of a boot.
