Leviton H.A. & Trace SW compatibility [RE-wrenches]

Those Nasty X-10!  It seems like there should be a way to solve it. Maybe
the light switch idea is the trick. When you said "noise" I though that you
meant you could hear it?   Will they work during a brown out?  If not may be
the Manufactures will make an improved version. We can only try to solve the
weird.
