solar powered electric gate openers [RE-wrenches]

Todd,
There's lots of them around mighty Santa Fe. We never take them on, but send
solar gate leads to a local gate contractor ("Amazing Gates"--really!).
Don't take the job, unless you can weld, or set posts, or whatever else is
involved in gate installation. The only solar part is a 5 or 10 watt module
to keep a 12V battery charged, in place of a wall wart.
