I did not get the attachment either...

I have a suggestion on how to handle attachments.

Could any files for viewing by the list be sent to a designated server that could be accessed by the members interested in the topic. driveway.com has ceased to offer this service but there must be plenty of others.

This would keep them off the list yet make them available to those interested.
