Edison Batteries [RE-wrenches]

	I think Railroads may still use Edison cells as backup power at signal,
switch, and communications facilities.

I have a customer with a shed full of these batteries, he got them from the
railroads after they got convinced by the manufacturers and switched to gel
cells. They have now realized they made a wrong move and want to dump the
gels due to the usual problems.

He is running a DR inverter and the voltage spread can be pretty wild.
