Sq D as combiner box [RE-wrenches]

The Heineman and AirPax breakers have sufficient AIC to be used on DC
systems by themselves, but they cannot provide AIC necessary for downstream
QO breakers.  As John Wiles sez, you can't use a breaker to protect a
breaker.
