Home Depot is gonna kill us! [RE-wrenches]

Unfortunately Lowe's  will order whatever model you want if it is not on the
shelf, the cheap goods don't bother me much, there is always someone to sell
it cheaper, our "value added" is our experience and knowledge.
However I am real worried about people not sizing the things correctly and
spreading the word that the product does not work, THAT will hurt all of us.

Wrenches: Before we get to wound up about Home Depot or even Lowe's
selling cheap Aquastars, bear in mind that they only sell the natural
gas version and no solar option. I generally try to talk the customer
into getting the solar option in case they someday will put in a full
system. The Home Depot mentality folks are not the best kind of
customers anyways. They are threatening to open one in my town along
with a Fry's Electronics, at which point I hope to be long gone to
