QO Breakers and Panels [RE-wrenches]

The Square D QOU indeed has little metal tangs which allow the 
breaker to be bolted to something. It also has regular screw/clamp 
connections at both wire ends which makes for a far more positive 
connection than the snap in tang of the QO.
Besides Heinemann, I belive a company called Airpax makes a DC rated breaker.
