Pagan: I received your email and it was Sunwize Technologies that
apparently had so many STs coming back. As far as which of your techs
I spoke with that seemed so opinionated, I dont know the name and I
don't suppose it really matters because it seems to me to be behavior
that reflects some deeper issue in your company. I can tell you I
have no personal bone to pick with Trace nor have I exaggerated the
details of that conversation. Your customer service dept has had a
bad track record for quite some time and has denied the existence of
product problems for as long as I have been dealing with them, and
always promises to look into things or make changes, promises I'm sure
many people on our list will tell you never come true.We are in a
bind when it comes to depending on Trace to improve products, if they
can't even admit there is a problem. One of your past employees once
told me it was unofficial policy to deny the existence of problems to
the public and you guys prove that time and again. I only want a
product that has integrity, otherwise I look bad and I loose money
and time dealing with someone elses poor engineering.I'm sure this
group would like some response from Trace concerning the ST,besides
minor quibbling about temperature ranges.Carl Reuter
