efficient reefers [RE-wrenches]

[Travis Creswell, Ozark Solar]

I am getting a lot of off list interestest in this test.  I am going to go
for it in a big way.  Please have Larry contract me with his concerns and
the numbers to back them up.  My intent is to do this test as impartial to
brand or fuel.
