<x-flowed>We take digital photos of their installs and like Doug has suggested 
perhaps signing of the repair order.Having run a Volvo repair shop 4 many 
years we both(Doug & I) know that this unfortunately doesn't amount to much 
when lawyers get involved.But it DOES let the customer know that we are 
PROs and have documented their installs w/ a before and after  photo and 
have in writing  a signed paper that we made them aware of the problems 
that might exist in their system.
