Here's the Energy Star site: http://www.energystar.gov/products/
It's a good one to bookmark. They stay pretty up to date, and cover quite a
variety of equipment and building supplies.

The ACEEE site is another good one, http://www.aceee.org, although they aren't
always up to date with their appliance lists.
