Aquafuel [RE-wrenches]

Carl,
   Looks like a crock to me.  Seems they are getting a little hydrogen mixed 
with some carbon from the graphite electrode or the welding rod.  Still need 
solar or wind power to generate the electricity for the arc so that you can 
burn aquafuel in your generator to get a little electricity back (maybe 10% 
of what you started with).  No such thing as perpetual motion or fuel for 
nothing.  Just like the fuel cell scams.  You still need fuel...  We will win 
in the end when everything comes back to the only free and totally renewable 
source.... the sun.
