SB304- SB50 limits [RE-wrenches]

Did someone already suggest changing to a _green_ light to mean that 
the unit is charging? We just installed a SB3048 in an SEI workshop 
installation, and someone commented that it was odd that the charging 
light was red.

Green is go; red is stop.
Green is full battery; red is empty battery.
Green is good; red is bad.
PV is green; oil is blood red.
