Gee Jeff,
If that is the case, I wonder what you are doing on this list? When I 
read and post here, I'm assuming that my readers pretty much all have 
the same skinned knuckles that I have. IMO, outfits that just sell 
parts or "systems" to folks they KNOW or SHOULD KNOW aren't up to the 
job of installation are part of the problem, not the solution. The 
only mail order house that has expressed the right attitude here is 
Backwoods.
