Joel,
I will try that when I remove them to send back to Kyocera and replace them
with new ones. They are interested to get the faulty ones back and verify
the problem.
I am looking for any clues that will indicate I might be missing some
obvious or hidden cause under my control.
I can tell you that of the seven normal output modules, 4 of them have
serial #s that are 400 places removed from the the remaining twenty, all of
which are between
Y32A-0758 andY32A-0777
I am pleased with Kyoceras response at this point and look forward to
getting the
client all the power thay paid for.
