Lightning Arrestors [RE-wrenches]

We have been using the LA102R on the basis of a conversation with the
factory a few years ago that they had lower breakdown of around 125...
maybe. I have forgotten the specs and do not find them in literature right
off. I should have specified that we use the 102R model number. It's not
the AC versus DC that matters, but I presumed everyone sought to use a lower
voltage model on lower voltage DC circuits and standard higher voltage for
the AC voltages.

I did get the impression the factory was not sure what is going on when we
talked to them. They did also confirm to us that the ones made for APT were
just different wire colors and thus got a new model number. Does anyone
have test data on these?

I hesitate to destructively test them to find out, but I suppose that is an
option. Perhaps a constant voltage test may not give the same break-down
voltage result as lightning-speed impulses. Anyone got specs on the 102R?
