Shitty, sorry to hear but.........this IS ALSO another value of this list! 
We have done the same in my auto repair business for a while, its IMPORTANT 
to let all of us know who might be a problem both working w/ as well as 
getting paid by.Perhaps if & when we get those vibes we can post the 
question to the list and be able to get a update before it went too far as 
in your case.
