At $350.00, he's getting a deal. If he balks, tell him that you are 
sorry, but had he bought the system from you or a competent installer 
in the first place, you wouldn't be having this conversation.
I get calls like this all the time too. " Can you stop by sometime 
when you are in the area and...." Never works out. If I'm in his 
area, it's because I'm ALREADY going to a job which will probably 
take longer than I figured, etc. You know the drill.
