Hi All,

Here is the question / problem.

( system is a PS 2524 with 1k of panels, all newly installed and works fine
if you leave the inverter in "on mode".)
I have a customer who just bought a refer ( Whirlpool. Model ET18HPXJWO
O, Serial # EL0215094, Type 18TFAO1).

Problem is the unit turns itself off from what I can figure out from the
repair tech because of the defrost timer. The search mode can't seem to
turn it on.

So what is the answer? I haven't run accross this problem before. So what
refer's work normal on a search mode refer? Since there is a Whirlpool
dealer where they got this a whirlpool model would be helpfull.

Thanks all,

jay
