Solar Boost was built to UL specs from the start, and should have its 
rating very soon, according to Rick Cullen, owner/engineer.

There are two articles at http://www.dankoffsolar.com/reference.html 
that might be of interest. One is on MPPT charge controllers in 
principle, and the other is specifically on Solar Boost.

We sell LOTS of Solar Boost. I have one in my system and have 
measured 20-25% in winter cold with batteries at about 24.0 V.
