Joel:  I enjoyed your defense of catalog supply houses, and agree with your
policies of referring sales to a local installer if one is needed.

WE find that on very low current PV, like 4 modules in series (you didn't
say how many amps) the PV Boost function is compromised a little.  And if
you are converting 48 to 24 or 24 to 12 it even loses power when down in the
2 or 3 amp range.  Like an inverter, the Boost controls should be operated
near the center or upper range they were designed for and not down at the
very edge fringe of operating range.
