Old Jacobs wind turbines [RE-wrenches]

Dear Group
	I fond two early 40s, Jacob wind turbines with blade controls and settles.
One is a 38V model, the other is a 120V with the brushes on both ends of the
armature. They are complete units but do not work [probably need to be
rewound].
I want to offer a fair price for them but I don't want to give away the
farm.
What should I offer to pay?
