24VDC to 48VDC [RE-wrenches]

	Guess I'll throw this out before the thread ends:

	Anybody consider catching the output of the wind machine before it gets
rectified and stepping it up via a (3 phase?) AC transformer? Any specs
available regarding the frequency of the output before rectification at
rated output?? Much easier to step voltage up and current down when it's
already AC sine wave...
