<x-flowed>Carl,
I'm very concerned that the Trace techie you talked to was not more
forthcoming about the ST problem. I believe that Xantrex is working
hard to change their image and posture from "Fortress Xantrex", as
Ezra puts it, to a far more responsive company. This issue of
hostility between a Wrench and a Trace techie however, whether real
or perceived , needs to be dealt with.
Pagan Mackay is the person at Xantrex charged with sorting out
dealer/installer issues. Pagan, I know you are reading this. Please
check out the situation and respond.
Thanks, Bob-O
