Yes, but that info should come from someone servicing their area so that they know where to go when they decide to move forward with their RE project. That seems very basic marketing. These are hot leads, even though they may be newbies, because they are initiated by the interested person, not cold calls to marginally interested folks.

And how would we separate out the low from the high grade? And don't we have the responsibility to service both as providers?
