NYSEG interconnection problems [RE-wrenches]

Todd,

If you are truly concerned about liability (and I'm not saying you should
not be) who actually touches the sell button will have little to do with it
if you actually installed the system in the house and informed the customer
about what to do. It's a line, but a thin line, and wouldn't stand up in
court.

So anyone who takes this approach, (and I'm not saying that I have or
haven't done this) just be ready to have your day in court, and any other
liability that may happen. I'm not stating this to dampen any motivations,
I just want to make sure that no one is tricked into thinking they're
protected.

... just make sure the customer presses the sell button for liability
purposes.

Todd
