Beating a surging horse/ trace sw 5548 [RE-wrenches]

It is probably easier and faster to teach the customers to buy and use
efficient appliances than to wait for a higher surge rating on the
inverters.
What ever happened to helping the customers get the loads under control?
I am not picking on you, just wondering.

Ezra, We've seen the surge ratings from you guys so what DO we tell our
customers re; the 5548 shutting down due to over current? Will this be, is
this something that can be cured w/ the "rev 5" soft ware, "that will be
available the summer of 1998"........Just came from another misled customer
and their mysterious shut downs.Please advise on the "OFFICIAL" Trace
answer.Thanks
