Retraction on SW post [RE-wrenches]

Friends:

I had posted earlier that the SW snafu currently in progress was affecting
my income.  The one job I have that I thought was affected has pre October
2000 inverters, so I may be free to apply for and receive the buy down.  I
will keep you posted.
