Bergey 10 kW & Grid Tek [RE-wrenches]

Hello All,

Amazingly enough, I have sold a 10kW Bergey machine (Excel-S Grid Tek 10). 
What does any of you who have studied, sold, installed or maintained these
have to say about them?  The customer is ready to give me deposit but I have
not ordered the machine until I can feel better about it.

Bergey has a great reputation and if I'm not mistaken the wind machine and
the Grid Tek both have 5 years warranties.    The customer if fully aware
that this is not a net metering state.  They are very interested in using
R/E to produce all of their energy.  They avg. 1200 kWh month in a total
electric non air conditioned passive solar home.  The bulk of their energy
goes to drying the herbs they grow on a small commercial scale.

We are in a class 3 wind area at 1100 ft above sea level and will be using a
100' tower.  According to Bergey's WinCad software the machine should
average 1600 kWh's month.  (wow!)
