DC250 problems [RE-wrenches]

Warning on the quality of Zantrex DC250's. We have received two DC250's with
missing breaker knockouts on the front cover (they are so weak that they did
not survive transport). Also one box had the lever on the Heinemann breaker
broken off.
Looking at these problems it is obvious what the problems are. The front
cover knockouts are no longer made with the same care as before, in the past
you really had to intentionally knock out the two pieces in order to install
a second breaker. And the breakers are no longer packaged in the rugged
cardboard protector, they are simply wrapped in some lightweight bubble wrap
and left loose to rattle around during shipping.

It is obvious that quality control has slipped (C40 knockout problem, the
two I have outlined above, and the E-Meter situation too).
