Lighting Contollers [RE-wrenches]

Thanks in advance and thanks to the answers to my previous questions that I
never get around to thanking people for helping with.

What are my options for charge controllers that also will turn a load (sign
light) on at sunset.  I have used the C-12 several times which has a timer
and LVD.  I like it but this sign might have up to 26 amps of solar on it. 
I could use more than one C-12.
