Mobil RA-180 modules [RE-wrenches]

Anyone out there have experience with an old (circa mid-80's) Mobil
RA-180 (220 watt, 48 volts nominal) ribbon silicon module? I have a
customer whose utility wants to donate some of these to his educational
cause, but it means I would lose a sale of new modules in the process.
