telemobile phone [RE-wrenches]

Wrenches;

We have a customer with a small off grid system who is interested in putting
in a telephone. He has done his own research and has come up with a
TeleMobile 10 watt UHF remote phone system for about $2,000. He does have
some fairly heavy trees and his transmission distance is 1 mile.

We are looking for some advice on this type of phone system and specifically
this Telemobile unit before he buys it. Is this this best unit for him?

He did look into the Star satelite phone and eliminated that from
consideration because of its upload capabilities, I think.
