Boom Tube [RE-wrenches]

A year and a half ago, had a guy buy a baby system which included a
Tumbler 300 watt inverter. He just called me and said he was cleaning
the dust off his TV screen, and it took out the inverter. Static?
Besides telling him to clean his house more often, you guys got any
thoughts on this. Smitty.
