On a slightly smaller note, has any one had any experience with the Siemens
SP10 using the flanged module frame as the sole standoff? There is about a
half inch between the "roof" and the back side of the EVA. No standoffs are
_exactly_ how their SP10 kits are delivered. On the larger module sizes
they use Z brackets for these mobile kits. FWIW, they squeeze 17.4 VPM(?)
volts out of the little guy while the SP75 still has a 17.0 rated label. Is
this some new rating game I forgot to tune into?
Perhaps this is a reversion to the "self regulating modules" of earlier
times? If your boat , RV, van, service body etc. roof is hot then the
battery doesn't get overcharged during the longer summer days?
