Equalize charge - SW4024 [RE-wrenches]

Hi gang,
  My customer has a 4024 which turns off the generator when EQ is selected.  
The equalize voltage is set at 30v and the Bulk set at 28.8.  Has anyone else 
had this problem?  It has been that way since first installed.
