help with fixing hydro site [RE-wrenches]

		I need a referral for someone to work on an existing Harris
microhydro site in Hohenwald (Hole in Wall ?) Tennessee. It is located 1
hour SouthWest of Nashville. I am looking for somebody local willing to work
