That's Interesting! [RE-wrenches]

	Wrenches;

	I just got a notification from my local utility that again they are
raising rates, due in part to increased costs of purchasing power from the
BPA and other sources. This utility has investments in the Foote Creek,
Wyoming windpower facility, and offers an incremental mix of 10, 25, 50 or
100% wind generated power in household and business electric service delivery.
	The wind power rates are not being raised, and through some tinkering in
the 'delivery' charges, customers with a 100% wind power supply will
actually be paying *less* after the rate increases. Of course, the wind
power costs more to begin with, but still less than many ratepayers put out
for dirty power in other parts of the country.
	I'm signed up for 50% wind, and with the added power from my PV array, I
can easily say that my electric vehicle is 100% renewable energy powered.
	Long live renewables! The best revenge is to see them come to par with
traditional forms of energy.
