Great Support (was deep battery discharge) [RE-wrenches]

I put Rick Cullen up on a pedestal, along with a few others, including Ralph
Heisey of Bogart Engineering (Tri-Metric) and Michael Reed of Array Tech, as
being exemplary in their level of dealer support: accessible, knowledgable,
willing to offer more than what is needed or expected. I have even received
Rick's support on a Sunday on his cell phone (the number has always been
included in his tech support voice mail recording at Blue Sky). And all
three of them have occasionally asked our advice over the years, so they
value what we who use their products have to offer.

IMHO, these individuals are shining examples of the best we have in our RE
industry. So here's a shout out: who are some of the other names of people
at the manufacturer or distributor level who personify the way you like to
be treated? Open question, and an invitation to share our positive
experiences. You can bet I'll be paying attention to the responses, as I
like to be loyal to those who give great dealer support.
